Lehighton man faces drug charges
George Oliver Jr., 37, of Lehighton is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance in connection with a traffic stop in Hometown. Oliver was stopped at 10:40 p.m. on Claremont Avenue by Rush Township Police.
He submitted to a blood test, which came back positive for marijuana.
He also faces several traffic related charges.
