Test shows driver had marijuana
A traffic stop on Claremont Avenue in Hometown on July 4 led to charges for a Philadelphia man.
Mark Griffen, 19, faces charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Griffen submitted to a blood test after the traffic stop.
The results show he had marijuana in his system.
