Carbon teen facing charges in Rush

Benjamin Heist, 19, of Nesquehoning is facing charges relating to an incident on Aug. 1.

Rush Township police were called to Great Oaks Drive, at 11:38 p.m., for an underage drinking party. Heist will be cited for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, making terroristic threats and underage drinking.

Tamaqua police assisted at the scene.
