Weatherly man charged with theft

A Weatherly man has been charged with retail theft from Hometown Farmers Market on Lafayette Avenue.

According to Rush Township police, James Lakata, 58, stole $6 worth of merchandise from the market at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5.
