Fleeing driver being sought

State police at Frackville are looking for the driver of a vehicle that fled after troopers attempted a vehicle stop.

Troopers said at 1:55 a.m. on Sunday troopers attempted to stop a dark-colored Jeep Cherokee along Route 54, in Mahanoy Township, Schuylkill County. The driver refused to stop and traveled east on 54 and then turned onto Buck Mountain Road. The driver then took a dirt trail off Buck Mountain Road.
