Monroe man facing retail theft charge
A Monroe County man is facing a charge of retail theft following an incident at Kinsley's ShopRite, 107 Kinsley Drive in Chestnuthill Township.
State police at Fern Ridge said Matthew Holland, 29, of Cresco, entered the store at 10:30 p.m. on July 29 and removed the contents of a 65-count Zantac box and discarded the box without paying for the item.
