Carbon resident cited in Monroe

A Carbon County resident has been arrested in Monroe County.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said Desiree Kaminitsky, 28, of Summit Hill, has been charged with access device fraud and theft of services.

Police said they took a report regarding a stolen rental vehicle. The vehicle was subsequently returned, however, the bill was unpaid and the credit card provided was canceled.

Kaminitsky was the person who rented the vehicle.
