Schuylkill man facing charges

A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred on July 28 at 6:50 p.m.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred at 18-20 Water St., Apt. 2, in New Philadelphia.

Troopers said Roy Thomas Snowell, 60, of Pottsville, and a 30-year-old resident at that address had an argument. Snowell pushed the other resident and was subsequently charged.
