Cyclist injured in crash

State police at Schuylkill Haven reported investigating a one-vehicle crash at 12:35 p.m. on Thursday along Fourth Street in Cressona borough.

Troopers said Stephen N. Schneck, 51, of Cressona, was driving a 1994 Honda 1000F motorcycle northbound when the braking system failed as he was approaching a stop sign.

The bike rolled over to its right side. Schneck sustained injuries to his right side, troopers said, and was taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
