Man cited for crash, invalid license
A Tennessee man has been charged after he crashed his vehicle into a pole.
Mahoning Township Police said that at 1:13 p.m. July 25, a single vehicle crash was reported on Center Street.
A Toyota Avalon driven by Randolph Phillips of Knoxville, Tennessee, struck a pole.
Phillips was transported by EMS for treatment of injuries.
He has been cited for driving without insurance.
