Monroe man charged
A Monroe County man has been charged with harassment following an incident that occurred at 8 a.m. Saturday.
State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to a home at Route 115, in Effort, for a dispute. On scene troopers learned that Shawn R. Stoll, 39, and an 32-year-old woman, were involved in a verbal argument during which Stoll slapped her across the face.
