Woman facing theft charge
A Monroe County woman is facing a charge of retail theft following an incident that occurred about noon on Saturday at Kinsley's ShopRite, located at 107 Kinsley Drive in Chestnuthill Township.
State police at Fern Ridge said Patricia E. Howell, 22, of Brodheadsville, stole $45 in merchandise from the store. Charges were filed.
