Safe taken from area home
State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a theft incident that happened between July 31 and Aug. 15 in Lower Towamensing Township.
The victim is a 58-year-old man living on Forest Drive in Palmerton.
He told police someone removed a safe from his residence during that period of time.
