Coaldale couple wed 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Rosahac of Coaldale recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married on Nov. 13, 1965, at St. Michael's Church in Lansford by Monsignor Baran.

Mrs. Rosahac is the daughter of the late John and Helen Chuckran. Her husband is the son of the late Michael and Julia Rosahac.

The Rosahacs have four children: Sharon Petrulsky of Laurys Station; Sue Gallagher and her husband, Vince, of Northampton; Tom Rosahac and his wife, Marie; and John Rosahac of Coaldale.

They have nine grandchildren: Krista, Maura, Jon, Lyndsey, Nicholas, Nathan, Vince, Megan and Noah.

They celebrated recently with a trip to Hawaii.
