McAdoo man cited for disorderly conduct

McAdoo Police have cited Jomar Rosa, 2 N. Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, for an incident at the Fegley Mini Mart on Dec. 6.

Officers were dispatched to the convenience store for an unwanted person. The sales clerk said a man had been following customers in and out of the store for the last 30 minutes, asking strange questions. The man refused her requests to leave the premises and re-entered the store as officers were taking the employee's statement.

Rosa appeared to be confused and disoriented, telling the officer he had taken a prescribed medication. He was given a ride home and cited for disorderly conduct.
