Woman cited for retail theft
A woman was cited for retail theft following an incident in Monroe County.
State police at Lehighton said Melanie A. Casabianca, of Albrightsville, entered the ShopRite in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township, on Saturday at 3:35 p.m. and intentionally removed various perishable items from the store without paying for them.
The total loss was $42.97.
Casabianca was issued a non-traffic citation and released.
