Mortgage foreclosures

Nationstar Mortgage LLC, dba Champion Mortgage Co., Coppell, Texas, has filed a mortgage foreclosure complaint against Jeffrey Reabold Lentz, 807 Center Ave., Jim Thorpe, over a property at that address.

Judgment in the amount of $122,205.75, plus interest, attorney's fees and costs is being sought.

Bank of America N.A., Charlotte, North Carolina, has filed a mortgage foreclosure complaint against William and Alnona Outwater, 45 Wintergreen Trail, Albrightsville, over a property at that address.

Judgment in the amount of $116,566.90, plus interest, attorney's fees and costs is being sought.

Judgments recorded

A judgment entered in Lancaster County has been recorded in Carbon County against Denithorne Brothers Inc., dba Trainers Inn, and Vincent Denithorne, 845 Interchange Road, Lehighton.

U.S. Foods Inc., Rosemont, Illinois, is the plaintiff in the case, in which a judgment in the amount of $6,698.03 was entered in Lancaster on Aug. 31, 2015, following a complaint filed against Trainers on May 4, 2015, by Daniel G. Dougherty, Esq., on behalf of the plaintiff.

R.F. Ohl Inc., 400 Interchange Road, Lehighton, has placed on record a judgment entered in its favor by Magisterial District Judge William Kissner, Palmerton, over an unpaid bill for fuel/services provided by the plaintiff.

The magistrate granted judgment on Oct. 20, 2015, in the amount of $1,334.32, which includes an unpaid bill of $730.82, attorney's fees of $500 and a filing fee of $103.50.

Revenue claims

Separate liens have been filed by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, Bureau of Compliance, relating to Carbon County businesses. They include:

Glenn A. Reimer, individually, and as president of Kando Homes LLC, 105 Ridgeview Drive, Lehighton, a $4,366.86 lien relating to employer taxes owed from January 2008, through March 2009.

Alfred P. Frankino, individually, and as president of Little Paisans LLC, 257 Spring Hill Road, Lehighton, a $914.65 lien relating to sales taxes owed from October through December, 2010.

Jesse O. Brown, 324 N. Fifth St., Lehighton, a $378.04 lien relating to personal income taxes for 2012.

Donald and Maria Krauss, 95 Redwood Drive, Jim Thorpe, a $902.62 lien relating to personal income taxes for 2008.

Sintora Bullock, 53 Woodland Road, Albrightsville, a $586.98 lien relating to personal income taxes for 2012 and 2013.

Carl A. Billington, 143 Patten Circle, Albrightsville, a $1,980.44 lien relating to personal income taxes for 2012.

Samuel D. Weiner, 50 S. Second St., Palmerton, a $3,036.60 lien relating to personal income taxes for 2012.

William J. and Cyndi M. Bamford, 231 W. High St., Nesquehoning, a $646.63 lien relating to personal income taxes for 2014.

William D. Lance, 120 Silk St., Jim Thorpe, a $574.08 lien relating to personal income taxes for 2011.

Edward J. and Clare E. Hughes, 332 Kilmer Trail, P.O. Box 104, Albrightsville, a $28,373.40 lien relating to personal income taxes for 2013.

Student loan costs

National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2006-3, Norcross, Georgia, has filed a civil action against Sarah L. and Deborah J. Meckel, 285-39 Lower Nis Hollow Road, Lehighton, seeking repayment of funds it says the defendants received to pay tuition costs.

The suit states the defendants executed a loan request/credit agreement with the plaintiff, which advanced the proceeds of the loan to the borrowers to be used for educational purposes, and that the defendants have not lived up to the terms of the agreement by making payments on the loan.

Sought is judgment in the amount of $29,653.19, plus costs and other relief deemed appropriate by the court.
