Thorpe man facing charges after crash in Tobyhanna

Pocono Mountain Regional Police have filed multiple charges against Michael T. Graziano, 36, of 13 Bowman Road, Jim Thorpe, in connection with a crash at 12:42 a.m. Dec. 8 at the intersection of Sir Bradford and Chestnut roads in the Camelot Forest Development, Tobyhanna Township.

Police said there are also three active warrants out against Graziano from prior incidents.

He has been charged by regional police with driving while his license is suspended for driving under the influence, careless driving, driving a vehicle without insurance, driving a vehicle with an expired registration and driving a vehicle without a valid inspection, and other charges.

Police said Graziano fled the scene of the crash on foot after the incident but the investigation revealed he was the driver of the vehicle that crashed through a fence at the tennis courts in the development, damaging both the fence and the courts.
