Christmas Wish list
Dear Santa,
I know that you have a naughty list and a nice list. For as long as I can remember, I've tried to be nice.
I've never asked you for much, Santa. I've saved up all of my wishes for Christmas, for now. Although they may seem like my prayers, which they are, they are also my Christmas wish list. And the list is as follows:
1. I wish that heaven allowed visits so that I could spend time visiting my loved ones who are there.
2. I wish for world peace so that no more lives would be destroyed or lost due to wars.
3. I wish for all people who are ill to have their health restored.
4. I wish that all people elsewhere would be filled with love, kindness, empathy, honesty and a giving heart year-round, every year.
5. I wish that no one would be homeless or hungry ever again.
6. I wish that everyone could be financially stable and without worries.
7. I wish that no one would ever feel alone or afraid ever again.
8. I wish that I could go back in time and relive all of the happy and loving moments in my life, instead of just reliving them in my memories.
9. I wish that if my Christmas wish list arrives to you too late for this year, that you will save it for next year. Even if I'm not around next year, Santa, I'm sure that there are many people who have some of the same wishes that I have.
I don't have a fireplace with a chimney for you to come down. I'll just have the lights on for you. Help yourself to all of the milk, hot chocolate and cookies that you want. In closing, I thank you for all of the wonderful things that you have brought to so many people. I thank you for the smiles that you've put on faces, and the love that you helped to instill in the hearts and souls of many.
Love,
Sharron Heath
