Inmate is charged with drug possession
State police at the Frackville barracks have arrested Dean Mignucci, 43, an inmate at the State Correctional Institute, Mahanoy Township, for possession of drugs.
Police said he was charged Dec. 28 with contraband and possession of a controlled substance after he was found to have marijuana in his possession in the jail.
