Golden Agers

The Panther Valley Golden Agers are scheduled to meet at 1 p.m. Monday at St. John Slovak Lutheran Church Social Hall, 1 E. Abbott St. in Lansford.

Meetings are held the second and fourth Mondays of the month.

Al-Anon meetings

Al-Anon meets at 7:15 p.m. Mondays at St. Katharine Drexel Church Hall, 120 E. Abbott St., Lansford.

Al-Anon is a nonprofit, worldwide support organization helping families and friends of loved ones suffering from addiction.

Nesquehoning

VFW Ladies Auxiliary

The regular monthly meeting of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary to Nesquehoning Memorial Post 8008 will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday.

Members should note the earlier meeting starting time.
