Seminar for first-time home buyers in March
First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union is reaching out to the community by holding a seminar on "First Time Home Buying."
It will be held at 6:30 p.m. March 24 at its Bethlehem Branch at 257 Brodhead Road.
The seminar will focus on such topics as: first time home buying program, FHA lending options, steps to homeownership, review of a sales contract, avoiding mortgage fraud, advantages of owning a home, the benefits of getting pre-approved and what to expect at loan closing.
The seminar is being offered for free, but advance registration is required due to limited seating.
