Mortgage foreclosures

Green Tree Servicing, c/o 345 St. Peter St., St. Paul, Minnesota, filed against Theresa A. and Matthew L. Wohleber, 28 Mountain View Drive, aka 129 Mountain View Drive, Jim Thorpe, over property at that address. Sought is $77,089.95 and continuing interest.

Bank of America, c/o 7105 Corporate Drive, Plano, Texas, filed against Stephen K. Hallihan, 79 Delaware Ave., Jim Thorpe, over property at that address. Sought is $262,303.45 and continuing interest.

JP Morgan Chase Bank, c/o 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, Ohio, filed against Chad E. and Nicole C. Rodgers, 83 E. Third St., Jim Thorpe, over property at that address. Sought is $84,041.53 and continuing interest.

Credit defaults

The following actions were filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts.

Midland Funding, San Diego, California, filed against Pamela Lesher, 57 W. Garibaldi Ave., Nesquehoning, seeking $1,575.02.

Vehicle loan

Bill for materials
