Domestic incident ends in arrest

Pocono Mountain Regional Police responded to a domestic incident at 2:05 a.m. Monday along Sylvester Drive in Tobyhanna Township, that resulted in the arrest of a Pocono Summit man.

Police said Matthew C. Dunham, 25, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, theft and harassment after the incident.

Police said they were informed by the victim that Dunham, her boyfriend, had assaulted her and stolen her cellphone. Police said the victim had numerous visible injuries caused by being punched and choked.
