Marijuana found inside vehicle

Pocono Mountain Regional Police arrested Charles Nelson Jr., 28, of Tannersville, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after they made a speeding enforcement stop at 7:27 p.m. May 26 in Tobyhanna Township.

Police said they found suspected marijuana inside Nelson's vehicle after he was given the citation for speeding.
