Ohio man charged with harassment

State police at the Fogelsville barracks said Paul Dalessandro of Harrison, Ohio, was arrested for harassment after an incident at 10 a.m. July 2 in the 9700 block of Commerce Circle in Weisenberg Township.

The victim is a 49-year-old man from Northampton.

Police said it is alleged Dalessandro bounced a neoprene tennis sized ball off the victim's head several times.
