Albrightsville man caught stealing

An Albrightsville man was cited for retail theft and criminal trespass after police were called at 6:52 p.m. July 3 at the CVS store, Route 115 and State Road in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said they were summoned to investigate a retail theft that had happened earlier in the day.

During the investigation and review of the store's video surveillance, Jeffrey William Vokes, 28, of Albrightsville, was identified and charged with the two offenses.
