Teen cited for underage drinking
A Schuylkill County teen has been cited for underage drinking.
State police at Frackville said David Roy Mitchell, 19, of Llewellyn, was cited for an incident in the area of 895 Valley Road in Heckscherville, Cass Township. He was found to have consumed alcohol about 10:40 p.m. Saturday.
