Carbon man facing charges in Rush

Rush Township police are preparing to file charges against Steven Ackerman, 43, of Jim Thorpe, following a vehicle stop on July 5.

Ackerman was stopped on Route 54 heading toward Lake Hauto. The vehicle he was driving had an altered inspection sticker.
