Woman from Effort is theft victim
A theft case that was reported at 9:30 p.m. July 18 to state police at the Fern Ridge barracks is under investigation.
A 34-year-old woman from the 1200 area of Brian Lane in Effort reported someone stole her Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.
