Cars are damaged in Port Clinton crash
Two vehicle were damaged in a collision at 12:52 p.m. July 18 at the intersection of Broad Street and Route 61 in Port Clinton.
State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said a 2004 Dodge Neon operated by Gregory D. Dameron, 35, of Reading, traveling east on Broad Street, pulled into the intersection at Route 61 into the path of a southbound 2009 Ford Focus driven by Daniel I. Sarna, 27, of Hamburg. Police said the Focus struck the driver's side rear door of the Neon, which slid counterclockwise into the northbound lanes before coming to a halt.
No one was injured in the crash.
Police said Dameron will be cited for a stop sign violation.
