Palmerton police report on charges filed

Palmerton police have charged the following people:

Katelynn Solt, 22, of Lehighton: Retail theft at 7:19 p.m. July 10 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Maria McKittrick, 50, and Gregory Seip, 44, both of Palmerton: Receiving stolen property on July 20 in the 900 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Kody Yandrisovitz, 20, of Bethlehem: Possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:54 p.m. July 4 in the 600 block of Alley E.

Kenneth Rupert, 60, of Palmerton: Public drunkenness at 12:27 p.m. July 17 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

The police also issued nine speeding violations and seven traffic citations.
