Schuylkill woman facing charges

A Schuylkill County woman is facing charges following an incident that occurred on June 30.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said a 48-year-old man of Dauphin, Dauphin County, was at BG's Market in Pine Grove Township, about 8:03 p.m. when he dropped his wallet while paying for items. Jeana Houser, 50, of Pine Grove, picked up the wallet and left the store.

Troopers said Houser was subsequently identified and admitted taking the wallet. She has been charged with theft of mislaid/lost property and receiving stolen property.
