One injured in Schuylkill crash
One driver was slightly injured in a two-vehicle, rear-end crash that occurred in a work zone in Schuylkill County at 6:45 a.m. Thursday.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Christopher S. Wagner, 32, of Pottsville, driving a 2009 Dodge Ram truck, was stopped along Route 61 in West Brunswick Township, in an active work zone.
His vehicle was struck in the rear by a 2000 Subaru Impreza driven by Lyndsi M. Moyer, 20, of Schuylkill Haven.
Moyer was injured and treated at the scene by medical personnel. Her passenger, Eric A. Mitchell, 21, of Auburn, and Wagner were not injured.
Troopers cited Moyer for driving a vehicle at a unsafe speed.
