Charges pending against Schuylkill man

State police at the Frackville barracks said forgery charges are pending against Richard White, 51, of Shenandoah, following incidents that happened at the Speedway Minimart, Route 61, West Mahanoy Township.

Police said he allegedly passed counterfeit $20 bills on several occasions and was discovered by the cashier on his last attempt, after which time he drove away in a 2006 silver Chevrolet Trailblazer.
