Man charged with violating PFA order
A Schuylkill County man has been charged with violating a protection from abuse order.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Wayne C. Reiner, 77, of 1203 E. Grand Ave., Tower City, entered Redner's Warehouse Market, located at 22 Forest Drive, Hegins Township, at 3:45 p.m. on May 30 when the person who had the PFA order issued was working. He was prohibited from entering her workplace.
He left the scene before troopers arrived. He was located on Saturday at 4 p.m. at his residence. He was arraigned before on-call District Judge Christina Hale, of Frackville, and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
