Schuylkill woman facing charges
A Schuylkill County woman is facing charges of theft and receiving stolen property following an incident that occurred June 1.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Karissa Lynne Shumgart of New Ringgold took a black AT&T GoPhone from a coffee table in the home of Jennifer Stabinsky, 57 Main St., Mount Carbon, sometime between noon and 1:38 p.m.
Charges were filed, troopers said.
