Two cited in thefts from Walmart
Two people will be cited by Rush Township police for retail theft incidents at the HT Commons Walmart.
Jeffrey Byars, 32, of Pottsville, will be charged with retail theft after an incident on June 1. Byars removed merchandise valued at $19.84 from the store. The theft took place at 11:46 a.m.
Frederick Cross, 58, of Coaldale, faces charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. He took merchandise valued at $201.89 from the store at 12:25 a.m. June 7.
