Mahoning man faces paraphernalia charge
A Mahoning Township man who refused to submit to a blood test for DUI has also been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ronald Hill, 57, was stopped by police at 7:43 p.m. May 21 on Mahoning Drive West for driving a vehicle with no registration plate.
As a result of the stop, Hill was asked to submit to a blood test for DUI. Hill refused the test, and has been charged with DUI, a misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor; and display of registration plate, a summary.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 29.
