Harassment

State police at Schuylkill Haven have charged a Tremont man with harassment.

The incident happened at 3:30 p.m. Friday at 51 N. Crescent St. in Tremont. Police said Michael Kintzel was arguing with a woman and pushed, yelled and screamed at her.
