Dog law violation
State police at Lehighton said a Carbon County resident will be charged with a dog law violation.
Troopers said Edward Whittaker, 25, was charged after his dog was found wandering around the area of 543 Behrens Road in Penn Forest Township, at 9:55 p.m. on May 29.
