Police report on citations issued in Nesquehoning
The following citations were issued by Nesquehoning police.
On June 12 officer Timothy Wuttke cited Hydro's Cafe, 239 W. Catawissa St., and Samantha Snyder, 40, 2 Sixth Ave., for violating borough ordinance (health and safety), for high grass and weeds.
Wuttke also issued the following citations: June 12, speeding on Route 54, 57 mph in a 40 zone; June 14 speeding, Route 54, 59 in a 40 zone; same date, speeding Route 93, 75 in 55 zone; June 14, Oak and Catawissa streets, speeding 44 in 25 zone; June 12 routes 54 and 209, operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection; June 14, Route 209, classes of license, defendant operated motorcycle without an M class endorsement or permit; and June 14, operation of a vehicle without official certificate of inspection.
Officer Richard Neikam issued the followingcitations: June 13, Jason Branch, 34, of 82 W.Center St., Nesquehoning, cited for harassment; June 12, speeding, Route 93, 72 in 55 zone; and June 13, Route 93, general lighting requirements.
Neikam also cited William J. Hydro, 42, of 150 E. Columbus Ave., Nesquehoning, on June 14 for not having a dog license for his gray bull Mastiff dog, also on the same date cited him for not having up-to-date vaccinations for his dog.
