Break-ins reported

State police at Lehighton reported on four burglaries investigated by troopers.

A Mule all-terrain vehicle was removed from a garage on Kunkletown Road in Saylorsburg. The incident occurred sometime between May 21 and 29.

A Slatington man reported that his property on Burger Hollow Road in Polk Township was entered through a broken window. The criminals then rolled up a carpet at the front door and placed it along with a plastic bucket into the closet next to the front door, then fled the scene. Apparently nothing was taken. The incident occurred sometime between May 20-22.

A home in the 100 block of Kyle Drive in Kunkletown, Polk Township, was entered sometime between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on May 23. Removed were several guns and a gas grill, with a total value of $4,200.

A burglary occurred at the Lower Towamensing Township playground in Carbon County. A social hall on the property was entered and copper pipe was removed. The incident occurred sometime between June 8 and 11.
