Tire-slashing incident investigated

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a tire-slashing incident in Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Sherry Borrell of Port Carbon reported someone slashed the right side tires on her 2002 Subaru Forester while parked in the area of 234 Third St., Port Carbon. The incident occurred sometime between 11 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.
