Driver cited in Mahoning incident

Mahoning Township police reported the arrest of a Washington County driver.

Police said Elizabeth Paxson, 27, of Nottingham, has been charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock system, which is a misdemeanor. Paxson was stopped by police on March 15, at 7:55 p.m. A license restriction requires all vehicles driven by Paxson must have an ignition interlock device installed.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 12.
