Tamaqua driver cited in Lehigh
A Tamaqua driver, involved in a two-vehicle crash in Lehigh County, was cited for the crash.
State police at Fogelsville said Paul J. Derr, 40, driving a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country, pulled out from a driveway onto Route 309 at 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday in Lynn Township and into the path of a 2006 Ford Focus driven by Brian J. Lauderman, 27, of Whitehall, who was southbound.
The Ford struck the Chrysler in the middle of the road.
No one was injured. Troopers cited Derr for vehicle turning left.
