Ringtown man cited for underage drinking

A Ringtown man was so distraught over the death of a loved one that a family member grew concerned enough to call police.

Ryan Buchman, 19, was at the McAdoo home of his grandmother on April 26, mourning the loss of an uncle.

The mourning included drinking a large quantity of alcohol, to the point where his grandmother worried about his well-being and called police.

Buchman told officers he had been drinking all day and admitted he had a drinking problem and was, in fact, an alcoholic.

He was cited for underage drinking.
