Summit Hill man faces shoplifting charges
A Summit Hill man is facing charges stemming from a shoplifting incident in Hometown on March 27.
Rocco Westpy, 26, has been identified by Rush Township Police as the man who took merchandise valued at $42.76 from the HT Commons Walmart.
The charges include retail theft and receiving stolen property.
