A Nesquehoning teen has been charged with her part in trespassing at a borough property.

Borough Police Chief Sean Smith said April Lynn Moyer, 19, of 127 W. Catawissa St., Apt. 4, has been charged with criminal trespass-break into a structure, criminal conspiracy-criminal trespass, defiant trespass and criminal mischief.

She was charged with her part into the entry of an apartment in her building, Apt. 8, occupied by Douglas Walker.

Walker reported the break-in on April 24. A surveillance camera installed by Walker showed Moyer and her boyfriend, identified as Brian Morris, pried open a screen door to a laundry room at the rear of the apartment to gain entry.

Moyer was later interviewed by Smith and admitted to her involvement in the entry. She claimed she did not actually enter the residence but assisted Morris in gaining entry.
