Three cited after Carbon incident
Three people have been cited following an incident that occurred at 3:29 p.m. May 2 in the area of 211 White St., Weissport.
State police at Lehighton said Janet Amill Conner, 53, and Tasha Lynn Osborn, 35, both of Weissport, and Kim Ann Osborn, 54, of Nesquehoning, were involved in a physical altercation.
All three were charged with harassment, troopers said.
